RENO, Nev. – University of Nevada swimmer Donna dePolo is set to compete at this week's NCAA Championships on March 17-20 in Greensboro, N.C. dePolo is the first Nevada swimmer to qualify for the NCAA Championships since Yawen Li did in 2016.
dePolo will compete in the 100 and 200 breaststroke on Friday and Saturday. Prelims are slated for 7 a.m. (PT) followed by the finals beginning at 3 p.m. each day.
dePolo's Mountain West (MW) Championships 100 breaststroke prelim time of 1:00.15, which ranks first in school history, earned her a spot at the NCAA Championships. dePolo's 100 breaststroke time of 1:00.15 sits at 42nd in the nation.
