Reno, Nev. - The Nevada diving team is heading to Fayetteville, Ark., to compete against Arkansas on Friday, Nov. 12. The dual that it was moved to Friday is set to start at 4 pm.
The team led by head diving coach Jian Li You will only be competing in the 1-meter springboard.
LAST TIME OUT
The last time Nevada was in the pool, the Pack scored 180-120 against the Fresno State Bulldogs at Fresno, Calif. The Nevada divers were key members of the Pack.
Laura Isabel Vazquez Lopez finished at the top in the 1-meter springboard, with a score of 284.18. Vazquez Lopez was followed by freshman Lucia Gabino (279.15) in third place, senior Linnea Sorensen (278.10) in fourth, and junior Jessie Nowotny (271.05) in fifth.
In the 3-meter, the Pack picked the top four places led by Sorensen with a score of 322.65. Sorensen was followed by Vazquez Lopez (320.18), Nowotny (268.80), and Gabino (262.20).
