RENO, Nev. – The Nevada volleyball team finished the annual Silver and Blue Scrimmage with the Blue squad winning in five sets, on Tuesday evening. The blue squad swept three wins with scores of 25-23, 25-18 and 25-17 but the silver team took the last two sets, leaving it 3-2.
Next up for the Pack is an exhibition with Pacific, Friday, Aug. 23 at 2:00 pm; doors open at 1:00 pm. This event is free and open to the public with free parking, for those attending the match, on the top floor of the Brian J. Whalen Parking Complex beginning at noon.
With depth at every position, the Pack is ready to make a run for the 2019 Mountain West Championship. That journey begins when the Wolf Pack travels to Sacramento, Calif. to participate in the Sacramento State Invitational, Aug. 30 and 31.
