FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - The Nevada diving squad finished the second day of the NCAA Zone E Diving Championships on Tuesday with the 1-meter event. 

Three of the four Pack divers finished in the top 25 during prelims but were just outside of the finals qualification window. Laura Isabel Vazquez Lopez was the Nevada top finisher in 19th with 249.40 points, next was Toma Shmitova who came in 20th with 248.65 points. Freshmen, Linnea Sorensen finished 25th with a tally of 240.60 and Victoria Rice rounded out the group in 44th with 217.40. 

The Zone E Diving Championships wrap up tomorrow at Northern Arizona's Wall Aquatic Center with the platform diving event.
