RENO, Nev. - Sophomore outside hitter,
Kili Robins has been named the Wolf Pack Student-Athlete of the week after her performances in two road victories against Boise State and Utah State. The Pack took the win, 3-1 over the Broncos before sweeping the Aggies of Utah State, 3-0.
Robins started six sets in the matches and recorded a .298 hitting percentage going 22-of-47 with an average of 3.67 kills per set. The Hawai'i native, had a career match against Boise State notching 18 kills with only six errors leading with a team high hitting percentage of .353. Robins was also in on two blocks in the match. Against Utah State, she tallied four kills to help the Wolf Pack to a .293 team hitting percentage.
Nevada will now play host to four teams straight, starting with San José State on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 6 pm PT. Following the match with the Spartans the Pack welcome the Falcons of Air Force for the first time this season on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 6 pm PT.
