RENO, Nev. – The Mountain West released its 2019-20 preseason women's basketball poll with the Wolf Pack slated to finish ninth.
Nevada got its first taste of in-game action Wednesday night at Lawlor Events Center as it rolled to a 102-56 win over William Jessup in an exhibition. The Wolf Pack had four players reach double figures, led by newcomer
Marguerite Effa who totaled 20 points. Nevada scored at least 21 points in each of the four quarters and shot over 55 percent for the game.
