RENO, Nev. – Playing two of its final three road contests this weekend, Nevada (3-10, 2-4 MW) will travel to California to battle Fresno State (7-4-1, 3-2-1 MW) and San Jose State (4-7-3, 2-3-1 MW) this Thursday and Sunday. Both matches will be available on the Mountain West Network.
Nevada is coming off a weekend where it went 1-1 against Mountain West competition, falling 3-0 to Colorado College but securing a huge 2-1 victory over Air Force in overtime. The Pack now sits at 2-4 in Mountain West play.
Casey Crawford played the role of hero on Sunday, as her second goal of the season proved to be the game-winner in the
100th minute. Following a turnover by the Falcons' keeper, Crawford drilled the ball into the upper right corner of the goal passed the keeper's outstretched hands to give Nevada the victory. Payton
Lieb connected on a penalty kick in the first half, the first of the year for Nevada, to give the Pack its first goal on the afternoon.
Air Force was clutch by scoring the equalizer in the final two minutes of regulation, but Nevada keeper Kendal
Stovall kept Nevada in the match in overtime. She had eight saves total and two in extra time.

Gabby Brown currently ranks fourth in the nation with 5.55 shots per game. Stovall's 79 saves rank 15th and lead the Mountain West.
Fresno State comes into the weekend with a 3-2-2 home record. The Pack has never defeated the Bulldogs on the road, who have scored 18 goals compared to its 14 allowed.
San Jose State and Nevada have both only scored eight goals this season, but the Pack has scored six in conference play compared to only four for the Spartans. Sabrina Weinman leads the Spartans with three goals this season and is tops on the team with seven points.
