RENO, Nev. – The Mountain West announced the 2026 MW Women's Soccer Watch List, as selected by the conference's head coaches. Among the 33 players recognized across the league, three Wolf Pack standouts earned spots:
Olivia Loomis,
Landri Steenhard, and Valeria Ramon.
Loomis, entering her senior season, remains one of Nevada's most dynamic attacking threats. Her pace, creativity, and finishing ability have made her a consistent presence in the Pack's frontline.
Steenhard, a midfielder and the only freshman in the entire conference on the 2026 watch list, brings immediate attention as a rising playmaker. Her vision and technical skill position her to make an early impact in Nevada's midfield.
Ramon, a junior transfer defender, strengthens Nevada's back line with her physicality and composure. Her ability to organize the defense and win key challenges adds an experienced presence to the Pack's structure.
The trio's selection highlights Nevada's blend of veteran leadership, emerging talent, and impactful newcomers as the Pack prepares for the 2026 campaign.
Nevada kicks off its 2026 campaign with the annual Blue and Silver Scrimmage on Sunday, August 9 at 2 p.m. in Mackay Stadium. The scrimmage offers the Pack its first on‑field look of the season before returning to Mackay for an exhibition matchup against UC Merced on Sunday, August 16 at 2 p.m.
