RENO, Nev. - Breaking away a little from the main track & field schedule, Nevada Wolf Pack distance runners junior Marissa Suan and redshirt freshman Morgin Coonfield will compete at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival on Friday.

The meet will be held at Chabot College in Hayward, Calif. as the track at SF State has recently experienced some storm damage. Coonfield is slated to run in the first heat of the 10,000 meter at 8 a.m. PT, while Suan will compete in the third heat of the 5000 at 5:41 p.m. PT. The meet can be streamed live on FloTrack Pro.

Suan boasts a best time of 17:04.03, which ranks sixth on the program all-time list. Coonfield has yes to run a collegiate 10,000 meter but flashed her stuff with some impressive times in indoor season that put her on the Nevada all-time list as well.
