RENO, Nev. – In appreciation of record-setting attendance this season and in honor of four seniors who are playing the final home game of their careers, Friday's regular-season finale for the Nevada women's basketball team at Lawlor Events Center is now free to all fans.
 
The Wolf Pack hosts San Diego State at Lawlor at 6:30 p.m. this Friday to close out the 2017-18 regular season. Following the game, the team will honor its four seniors: Teige Zeller, T Moe, Halie Bergman and Ashlee Jones.
 
An average of 2,056 fans have attended Wolf Pack women's basketball home games this season, setting the school's single-season attendance record.
 
To take advantage of the free ticket offer, fans must reserve their tickets no later than noon (PT) on Friday. Simply go to NevadaWolfPack.com/promo and enter the code FANS to receive your free ticket. After 12 p.m., ticket prices return to normal pricing of $8 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors.
 
The Wolf Pack is coming off of a resounding 20-point victory Tuesday night over instate rival, and the Mountain West's No. 1 team, UNLV. As conference tournament play looms, Nevada is looking to lock up the No. 7 seed in next week's MW Tournament with a win over the Aztecs Friday night. Should the Pack defeat the Aztecs, it will mark the team's highest seed in the conference tournament in four years.
 
Overall, Nevada is 10-5 in the friendly confines of Lawlor Events Center this season, the first under head coach Amanda Levens.
 
"We are so excited to close out the regular season in front of our fans," said Levens. "We hope to see a packed house Friday night and send our seniors and our team off to the Mountain West Tournament riding some momentum."
