RENO, Nev. – The Nevada volleyball team is looking to recover from a recent skid and welcomes UNLV to Virginia Street Gym on Thursday, Nov. 1 for the first of four home games.
The Wolf Pack enter the contest 8-15, 1-11 while the Rebels are 16-8, 7-5 and 4-3 in road contests. This marks the second meeting this season and second match in the new Silver State Series.
This past week Nevada fell in two road contests against Boise State and Utah State while UNLV split the week with a 3-0 loss to New Mexico and a 3-0 win over Air Force, both contests in Vegas.
The match is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. PT live on Mountain West Network as Nevada looks to continue the streak of taking one from the Rebels a year. It's been since 2014 that UNLV last completed a sweep over the Pack.

UNLV will look to lean on sophomore outside hitter Mariena Hayden who currently leads the team in kills with 392 for 4.51 average per set while also leading in service aces with 82 total. She also carries the team defensively in digs with 268 total. The Rebels setter, Antonette Rolda has recorded 778 assists for 8.64 per set.
