RENO, Nev. – After honoring its seniors prior to the start of the meet, the Nevada swimming and diving team responded from Friday's loss with a convincing win over Fresno State on Saturday, 174-109. With the victory, the Wolf Pack improves its 2017-18 dual meet record to 1-1.
"It was great to honor our seniors with a win today," Nevada head coach
Brendon Bray said. "All five that are leaving our program at the end of the year are absolutely wonderful people and it really has been a privilege to coach them."
Out of the 15 total events, Nevada came out on top and won 11, including a complete sweep of both diving competitions and the first eight events of the afternoon as well. Senior
Sharae Zheng and sophomore
Andressa Cholodovskis followed their strong performances from Friday by winning all of the events they competed in on Saturday. The two combined to win 10 events this weekend.

Toma Shmitova, who rounded out the top three divers in that event. Those three divers proceeded to continue their dominance as Zheng, Shmitova and Lei all placed first, second and third, respectively, in the 3-meter springboard.
After Nevada placed three in the top three in the 100-yard freestyle, including senior
