SALT LAKE CITY – The Wolf Pack's time at the ITA Regionals came to a close on Saturday as Senior Claudia Herrero fell in her singles match in the semifinals to the University of Colorado's Linda Huang. Herrero won this same tournament last year and earned a trip to compete in New York, but was unable to repeat this year.

Huang defeated Herrero in a hard-fought match that took three sets to complete by a score of 7-6, 5-7, and 6-2. Herrero ended the tournament advancing to the semifinals in singles and the quarterfinals with senior Blaga Delic in doubles. The Wolf Pack won six singles matches and three doubles matches as a team during the week.

The Pack will not compete again until the first week of November when it will play at the Santa Clara Invitational. Follow the team on Twitter to keep up with its progress this fall.
