NORTHRIDGE, Calif. - Nevada women's tennis closed out its fall season with six wins on the final day of the CSU Northridge Matador Invitational.
In doubles action, the duo of
Marlene Foerster and Kennedy and Robinson defeated the team of Emma Moratalla Sanz and Vitoria Solis Urdiales from Cal State Northridge, 6-1. The Pack's
Wiem Boubaker and
Petra Janigova downed Annette Robertson and Sofia Dermenjyan, 6-2.
Nevada won all four singles matches over Youngstown State. Foerster defeated Hanna Telzynska, 6-4 and 6-1. Robinson won over Yeseniia Ovcharova, 7-6 and 6-4. Boubaker beat Lorena Cedeno, 6-3 and 6-2. Rounding out the wins was Janigova, taking down Yoana Dudova, 6-4 and 6-2.
The Pack now look ahead to their spring season.
