RENO, Nev. - Nevada makes its first road trip of the 2026 campaign, heading to Murfreesboro to take on Middle Tennessee Saturday at 4 p.m. PT. The game will stream on ESPN+ with Jake Rose (play-by-play), Jeremy Kellem (analyst) and Emmy Fazenbaker (sideline) on the call.

The radio broadcast of the game will be available on KOZZ 105.7 FM in Northern Nevada, online at www.thevarsitynetwork.com and on the Varsity Network app. John Ramey (play-by-play), Mike Edwards (analyst) and Terrence Newman (sideline) will be on the call, with the 60-minute pregame show to begin at 3 p.m PT.

SERIES HISTORY
Nevada and Middle Tennessee meet for the second time in as many years and for the second time all-time Saturday. The Wolf Pack on Saturday will return the Blue Raiders' trip to Reno a season ago.

Middle Tennessee scored 14 second-half points to erase a 13-0 halftime deficit and take the 14-13 win last September at Mackay Stadium. Quarterback Nicholas Vattiato's five-yard scoring run with 21 seconds left was the game-winner, and held up when Joe McFadden's 56-yard field-goal attempt with four seconds left went wide.

ABOUT MIDDLE TENNESSEE
Middle Tennessee, like Nevada, has split its first two games with a season-opening win being followed by a loss this past Saturday. The Blue Raiders, with Derek Mason in his third season at the helm, defeated Murray State in its opener two weeks ago before dropping a close 28-26 decision at Marshall this past Saturday.

On offense, the Blue Raiders are averaging 221.5 passing yards a game and have accumulated 374.0 total yards per game. Quarterback Roman Gagliano has completed 61.6 percent of his passes for 443 yards and four touchdowns early on, with Cam'ron Lacy his top target hauling in 17 balls for 190 yards and two scores.

Korey Smith leads Middle Tennessee with 16 tackles over the first two games as the Blue Raider defense has posted six tackles-for-loss. The defense is still searching for its first sack and interception of the campaign but Kalen Woods has recovered two fumbles to account for the team's two takeaways.

HITTIN' THE ROAD FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 2026
The Wolf Pack makes its first road trip of 2026 this week as it heads to Murfreesboro to face Middle Tennessee.

Nevada has won its road opener in four of the past six seasons (since 2020), and is 1-1 in such contests under current head coach Jeff Choate. The Pack's last win in a road opener came in 2024 when it defeated Troy, 28-26.
