LAS VEGAS - Nevada traveled to Las Vegas for a Silver State Series presented by America First Credit Union showdown with UNLV, but fell, 4-0, to the Rebels.

UNLV (11-6, 2-3 MW) grabbed the doubles point with wins at Nos. 1 and 2, despite the Nevada tandem of Axel Huysmans and Max Contet leading their UNLV counterparts, 4-2, at the time of clinch.

Singles fared no better for the Wolf Pack (9-7, 0-4 MW). Although Greg Valente, at No. 4, led Michael Kouame, 7-6, 3-2, and Rémy Trégourès was knotted at a set apiece with Marko Maksimovic, the Wolf Pack dropped straight-sets decisions at Nos., 3, 1, and 6 to fall 4-0.

Nevada returns to Reno for a midweek Mountain West dual, hosting New Mexico Wednesday, April 8 at 12 p.m. at McArthur Tennis Center.
