RENO, Nev. - The Nevada tennis squads wrap up their regular seasons this week, ahead of next week's Mountain West Championships, while Baseball, Softball, and Track & Field head out on the road.
Nevada Baseball will once again battle it out for first place in the Mountain West, facing conference-leading New Mexico in Albuquerque. At the halfway point of the conference season, the Wolf Pack sits just a half-game behind the Lobos for the Mountain West lead.
Softball, with just nine conference games remaining, sits in a tie for second and the final bye through the Mountain West Championship play-in round with UNLV. The Wolf Pack travels to Colorado State for three games beginning Friday evening.
Men's and Women's Tennis each wrap their regular seasons before next week's Credit Union 1 Mountain West Championships in Las Vegas, with the Pack men hosting GCU Friday at noon and the women visiting UNLV for a Silver State Series matchup Friday at 10 a.m.
Track and Field heads out to two separate meets this week, taking part in the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa and the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut.

Nevada Baseball, coming off of a conference series victory over San José State, heads into another battle for first place this weekend when it travels to New Mexico.
The Wolf Pack comes into the series tied with Air Force for second at 8-4, just a half-game back of the Lobos. Nevada will open the week with a non-conference contest Monday at Saint Mary's before heading to Albuquerque for the pivotal series with the Lobos.
