LAS VEGAS, Nev. - After a comeback victory over the Grand Canyon Lopes, Nevada is set to face No. 1 seed Utah State in the semifinals of the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Basketball Championship.
Pack fans can watch the contest at 6:30 p.m. on CBS Sports Network with John Sadak (play-by-play), Dan Dickau (analyst), and Evan Washburn (sideline) on the call.
The radio broadcast can be heard on 95.5 KNEV in Reno and through the Varsity Network App, featuring John Ramey (play-by-play) and Nick Fazekas (analyst).

UP NEXT
With a win, Nevada will move on to the final to face either San Diego State/ New Mexico on Saturday, March 14 at 3 p.m. in the 2026 Credit Union 1 Mountain West Basketball Championship.

LAST TIME OUT
No. 5 Nevada is coming off a bounce-back win against No. 4 Grand Canyon on Thursday afternoon.
Nevada was trailing at the half, 40-34, but made the comeback to come out with an 80-84 victory over Grand Canyon. The Lopes were the only Mountain West team to be undefeated when leading at the half in 2025-26.
Led by Corey Camper Jr. with 27 points and six rebounds, the Pack shot 49 percent from the field, 40 percent from three, and 80 percent from the line. Vaughn Weems made his impact in the game with 16 points, seven rebounds, and a steal. Weems went 10-for-11 from the line for a career high.
Elijah Price contributed to the offense with three assists, a season high for the redshirt sophomore. Kaleb Lowery and Tayshawn Comer were one point shy of double digits with nine points apiece.
The Pack dominated the paint, outscoring the Lopes, 30-24, and the points from the bench, 17-8.
The Nevada defense held the Lopes to 48 percent shooting from the field, 44 percent from beyond the arc, and 66 percent from the line. Comer led the defense with three steals, followed by Tyler Rolison with two.

SCOUTING UTAH STATE
No. 1 seed Utah State is coming off an 80-60 win against No. 8 seed UNLV in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West Championships on Thursday afternoon.
Mason Falslev and MJ Collins combined for 44 points to lead the Aggies offense. Falslev finished the game with 24 points, a game-high-tying nine rebounds to go along with three steals and three assists. Collins added 20 points, three steals, and one block to go along with four assists and three rebounds.
The Aggies finished the game shooting 51 percent from the field, 40 percent from the 3-point range, and 64 percent from the line.

AGGIES REMATCH
Last time Nevada and Utah State faced each other, the Pack pulled out an 80-77 win in Lawlor Events Center on February 21.
The Pack had four players in the double digits, after shooting 51 percent from the field, 53 percent from beyond the arc, and 74 percent from the line as a team.
Corey Camper Jr. led the offense with 20 points and 4 rebounds. Camper Jr. was followed by Elijah Price with a double-double (10 points and 12 rebounds), Tayshawn Comer (12 points and seven assists), and Kaleb Lowery (11 points and five rebounds).
On the defense side, Price and Joel Armotrading made their impact with three blocks apiece. The Pack was able to hold the Aggies to 40 percent from the field, 44 percent from the three-point line, and 63 percent from the free-throw line.
The Pack won the paint battle, 30-20, and fast-break points, 20-14.
