FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Nevada Women's Basketball will take on Colorado State on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. PT/6:30 p.m. MT.
The Pack is coming off of a loss to San Diego State on Saturday, 78-64. Nevada went a perfect 10-for-10 from the line for its highest percentage of the season.Â
After falling behind early on, the Pack attempted a comeback in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Aztecs, 29-9. Nevada also had five out of six steals in the final 10 minutes of play.Â
Makayla Carter and
Maia Rosarion came off the bench to lead all players in scoring with 14 points after both going 6-for-8 from the floor.
Skylar Durley had 11 points and led both teams in rebounds with six.Â
Colorado State enters the game after a win over New Mexico, 66-46.Â
The Rams outscored the Lobos in three out of the four quarters, even allowing just four points in the third. Colorado State shot 50 percent from beyond the arc while holding New Mexico to just 10 percent.Â
Four players scored in double-figures for Colorado State. Kloe Froebe led all players in both scoring and rebounds with 19 and eight, respectively. Lexus Bargesser had 13 points with seven rebounds, followed by Brooke Carlson with 12 points and five boards. Hannah Ronsiek contributed 11 points and four rebounds.Â
Nevada and Colorado State last faced off in the first conference game of the season in mid-December. Nevada fell in that meeting, 61-48.Â
