ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Nevada Women's Basketball looks to keep its winning streak alive facing New Mexico on Saturday with tip set for 12 p.m. PT/1 p.m. MT.

The Pack is coming off of an overtime over Wyoming at Lawlor on Wednesday night, 70-60.

Nevada began and ended the game with strong shooting and shutdown defense. In the first five minutes of play, the Pack was perfect from the paint, outside and the line. They went on a 10-0 run and forced the Cowgirls into a two-and-a-half minute scoring drought.

Despite Wyoming coming back from being down by as much as 13, and forcing the game into OT, Nevada outscored Wyoming 11-1 and held the Cowgirls without a field goal in extra minutes.

Skylar Durley had a standout night with her first double-double of her career, dropping 18 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Ahrray Young went 5-for-10 from the field for 11 points to go with eight boards.

As a team, the Pack outrebounded the Cowgirls, 40-28, and had 24 bench points to their six.

New Mexico is coming off of a three-game win streak, last defeating Colorado State, 66-59. The Lobos had a strong second quarter, holding the Rams to just two points and a shooting percentage of 7.1 percent from the paint.

The Lobos had a good showing by their bench with 34 points. As a team, New Mexico as a whole had 18 points off of turnovers and 11 second chance points. They also recorded 42 rebounds.

Laila Abdurraqib went 7-for-9 from three and was perfect from the line for 25 points. Cacia Antonio had 11 points and five rebounds, followed by Destinee Hooks with 10 points and four boards.

Last season, Nevada fell in the lone game against New Mexico, 70-62. Saturday's game will be the 26th meeting between the two teams.
