RENO, Nev. - Nevada Women's Basketball is set to host in-state rival, UNLV, on Saturday at 1 p.m.in the first of two games in the Silver State Series. 

The Pack is coming off of a loss to San José State on Wednesday night, 60-57. One of th game's most telling spots was Nevada's struggles from the line. The Pack went 6-for-12 from the line while San José State shot 87.5 percent with 16 opportunities. 

Nevada started the game strong, but began to lose momentum in the second quarter and couldn't regain it. They had six turnovers in the third quarter alone and the lowest shooting percent of the game in the fourth, as just 28.6 percent. 

Skylar Durley recorded her third double-double of the season, dropping 13 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. Maia Rosarion went 3-for-4 from the floor and a perfect 3-for-3 from three for 10 points. 

UNLV is coming off of a win over Air Force, 78-47. The Rebels held the Falcons to under 23 percent shooting from the floor in both the first and fourth quarters. They also held them to 3-for-24 from beyond the arc.

The Rebels forced 17 turnovers that led to 15 points. They out rebounded the Falcons, 44 to their 35. 

UNLV had four players score in double-digits. Shelbee Brown led with 20 points to go along with eight rebounds. Jasmyn Lott followed in scoring with 15 points. Meadow Roland led in rebounds with nine, while dropping 12 points. Mariah Elohim recorded 10 points with five rebounds. 

Nevada fell in both games last season, 68-59, and two weeks later, 64-50. Saturday will be the 61st meeting between the two teams.
