RENO, Nev. - Nevada continues Mountain West play on the road, after securing a 75-62 win against Colorado State on Tuesday night. The Pack is set to face the Fresno State Bulldogs at Save Mart Center on Saturday afternoon. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
 
Nevada fans can watch the matchup on Mountain West Network and the Mountain West App with Paul Loeffler (play-by-play), Marc Q. Jones (Analyst), and Taylor Martinez (sideline) on the call.

UP NEXT
After facing the Bulldogs, the Pack returns to Lawlor Events Center for two conference play games. Nevada will first face San Diego State on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at 8 pm, followed by a game against Wyoming on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 7 pm.
 
ABOUT FRESNO STATE
Fresno State (6-7; 0-2 MW) is coming off a 72-63 loss against Utah State on Tuesday night at Save Mart Center.
 
After nine turnovers converted into transition points and trailing by 9 points in the opening half, the Bulldogs bounced back, outscoring the Aggies 37-37 to match the Aggies point-for-point in the second half.
 
Jake Heidbreder led the team offense with 21 points and also added three steals. Heidbreder was followed by Wilson Jacques with a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds, and Bastien Rieber with 12 points and four rebounds.
 
On the defense side, the Bulldogs forced 20 turnovers but were outscored in fast-break points 29-16.
 
LAST TIME OUT
Nevada (10-3) keeps its momentum rolling after earning a 75-62 road win over Colorado State (9-4) to open Mountain West play at 2-0 on Tuesday night.
 
The Pack turned in an efficient offensive performance, shooting 42.3 percent (22-of-52) inside the arc, 36.4 percent (8-of-22) from three-point range, and 74.2 percent (23-of-31) at the free-throw line. Nevada's depth once again made the difference, as the bench outscored the Rams 32-10.
 
Tyler Rolison led all scorers with 21 points, tying his career high, while also adding five rebounds, two assists, and three steals. Rolison was followed by Chuck Bailey III with 15 points for his fourth double-digit scoring of the season, and Vaughn Weems posted a career-best 12 points along with nine rebounds.
 
On the defensive end, Nevada held Colorado State to 37 percent (19-of-51) shooting from the field and just 25 percent (6-of-24) from beyond the arc. Anchored by Elijah Price's all-around effort (10 rebounds, three blocks, and two steals), the Pack forced 10 turnovers to close the game.
 
NEVADA'S DEPTH
Nevada's depth continues to shine this season, bringing the energy to both sides of the ball.
 
After outscoring the Rams 32-10 in the last game to improve to a 5-2 record, with more bench points than the opponent. Rolison led the rotation with 21 points, followed by Peyton White with 7 points.
 
Tyler Rolison also made his impact by setting the pace of the offense with two assists while adding three steals.
 
FRESHMAN SPARK
Nevada's freshmen continue to make an impact on the team after making key plays to help the Pack secure wins this season.
 
Peyton White has entered all 13 games so far this season. The freshman recorded a career high of 15 points against UC Davis on Nov. 18 and nine rebounds against UC San Diego on Dec. 2.
 
Ethan Croley recorded a double-double (11 points and 10 rebounds) in the win against San Francisco on Nov. 28. Croley's double-double performance was the program's first since Darrion Williams against New Mexico in 2023.
 
Myles Walker has also made an impact in the backcourt, setting the pace of the offense for the Pack. The freshman has 19 assists so far this season, while recording 28 points and 10 rebounds of its own. On the defense, Walker has 12 steals in 11 games played.
 
PRICE ON THE GLASS
After recording 10 rebounds (eight defensively) against Colorado State, Elijah Price continues to be one of the top rim protectors in the Mountain West. Price's 105 total rebounds rank second in the Mountain West, behind Nana Owusu-Anane (110) from Grand Canyon.
 
His 19-rebound game on November 12, 2025, set a new career high and stands as one of the top rebounding games in program history.
 
Price's effort is now the best single-game rebounding performance by a Nevada player under head coach Steve Alford and the most by any Pack player since Cameron Oliver grabbed 21 boards against UNLV on Feb. 20, 2016.
 
LEADING THE PACK
Tayshawn Comer keeps running the back court to set the pace of the Pack offense. With 46 assists recorded so far, Comer has also been one of the top scorers with 195 points (15.0 per game).
 
The senior also reached milestones this season, with a career high for three-pointers made with four in six attempts at Washington State on Dec. 7, 2025. Comer also reached his career high in free throws against Boise State on Dec. 20, 2025, with 13-for-14 made.
 
The Indianapolis, Ind. native has also made an impact in the Pack defense, adding 16 steals and a block of his own.
 
PACK IN THE RANKINGS
Nevada remains among the Mountain West and the country's best across several statistical categories.
 
The Pack ranks third in the Mountain West in blocks per game (4.2).
 
Nevada is ranking first in the conference and fifth in the country in free throws made per game (21.2). The Pack is also leading the conference and ninth in the nation for free-throw attempts per game (28.3)
 
Price leads the team in blocks, with 22, while ranking second in that category in the conference.
 
Price is also second in the Mountain West in free throws (62-for-89; 70 percent).
