RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada Swimming and Diving will once again be represented on the biggest international stages this summer, as swimmer Enkhkhuslen "Huska" Batbayar (Mongolia) and diver
Bailey Heydra (South Africa) will compete at the 2025 FINA World Aquatics Championships in Singapore.
The full event, which encompasses a multitude of aquatic sports and disciplines, runs July 11-August 3.
Batbayar will compete in freestyle events to be determined. The swimming competition runs over the final week of the event, with events beginning July 26 and concluding Aug. 3.
Batbayar, a two-time Olympian for Mongolia, completed a successful debut collegiate campaign for the Wolf Pack in 2024-25. She captured the gold medal in the 200-yard freestyle, highlighting a four-medal performance, at the 2025 Mountain West Championships. Her medals included silver in the 500 free and bronze medals in the 800 free relay and 400 medley relay.
Heydra, competing in her second international event of the summer after the World University Games, will be in action during the diving competition, set for July 25-Aug. 3.

A two-time Mountain West Diver of the Week this past season, Heydra advanced to Zone E Championships where she narrowly missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships, finishing ninth on 1-Meter.
