RENO, Nev. – The Pack opened a busy week with a 4-0 win over Sacramento State.

Kadiri and Hammond's victory led a doubles session win for Nevada.
Rayen Hermassi and
Rémy Trégourès clinched the opening point, winning a long tiebreaker over Nick Bowlez and Hayden Rand. Hermassi and Trégourès traded match points with Sacramento State, holding serve. The Wolf Pack duo won the tiebreaker on a Sacramento State double fault.

In the singles session,
Max Contet dominated his fifth flight match, 6-1, 6-2 over Martin Duris. Paul Théate also took control in his match, defeating Gur Libal, 6-1, 6-3 on court two.

Hammond clinched the match for Nevada with his victory on court three. After dominating his first set, Hammond came from behind with a pair of breaks to defeat Bowles, 6-1, 6-4.

Sacramento State led in each of the three unfinished matches, winning each of the close first sets. However, the Pack held leads in each of the second sets.

Nevada is back at McArthur Tennis Center Wednesday, April 9, at 2 p.m. in its final non-conference match of the regular season against UC Davis.
