RENO, Nev. – Nevada Men's Tennis lost its final non-conference match of the regular season, falling to UC Davis, 4-0. The Aggies started hot in all of their matches, taking commanding leads in six of the nine total matches.
 
UC Davis won the bottom two doubles matches, clinching the early point for the Aggies. Each team on court two held serve to a 3-2 UC Davis lead. Ryan Torres and Ivan Savkin broke 
Rémy Trégourès and 
Rayen Hermassi, then held serve again and won the match by breaking the Pack again.
 
On court three, Paul Théate and 
Max Contet held serve with Sam De Vries and Rithvik Katpelly until the Aggies broke Théate and Contet to take a 5-3 lead and hold serve winning 6-3.
 
Youssef Kadiri and 
Lucas Hammond led 5-3 in their top-flight match against Lucas Bollinger and Kaveh Taheri when the session was abandoned.
 
The Aggies got a second point early when Torres led Théate 5-1 in the first set, and Nevada decided to forfeit the match. Bollinger and Taheri each dominated their first sets, winning 6-0 over Hammond and Hermassi, respectively. Taheri kept his momentum into the second set, winning 6-2. Despite Hammond taking a 3-1 lead in the second set, Bollinger broke Hammond to tie 4-4 before holding serve to a 6-5 lead before breaking Hammond again to win the match.
 
Contet and Trégourès led their singles matches on courts four and five, each winning the first set 7-5. Contet's match was abandoned in the second set at 2-2, while Perry DiGiulio led 3-2 in the second set. De Vries won the first set in a tight tiebreaker, 7-6 (6), leading when the match was abandoned.
 
Nevada finishes out its home schedule on Saturday at 1 p.m. by hosting the Boise State Broncos for senior day at McArthur Tennis Center.
