RENO, Nev. - Nevada women's basketball is set to open conference play at home on Wednesday night hosting Colorado State at 6:30 p.m.

The Pack finished the preseason with a record of 4-6 after the game on Saturday against Pacific was ruled an interrupted game due to a power outage at Lawlor.

At the time of the interruption, Nevada was in front, 70-67, with 55 seconds remaining in overtime. Ahrray Young was leading Nevada with 16 points and five rebounds. Izzy Sullivan had 13 points to go along with three rebounds. Maia Rosarion had what would have been a season high 10 points. 

As a team, the Pack knocked down eight threes and had the second fewest turnovers so far this season with 14. 

Colorado State enters the game with a record of 9-2 having won over San Francisco on Saturday, 69-52.

Lexus Bargesser led for the Rams with 22 points, eight rebounds, three steals and four assists. Hannah Ronsiek had 13 points to go along with seven rebounds and two steals.

The teams faced off only one time last season with Colorado State winning, 61-45. Overall, this will be the 26th meeting between Nevada and Colorado State.
