PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - Nevada (5-3) bounces back in the Acrisure Series with an 81-65 victory over San Francisco (5-3) on Friday afternoon.

Led by
Corey Camper Jr. (22 points and six assists), the Pack shot 47.6 percent (30-for-63) from the field, 50 percent (7-for-14) from behind the arc, and 77.8 percent (14-for-18) from the line. Camper Jr. was followed by
Elijah Price, with 11 points and two assists, and
Ethan Croley, who came out of the bench with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

On defense, the Pack held the Dons to a 38.8 percent (19-for-49) from the field and 30.4 percent from the three-point line. As a team, the Pack forced 15 turnovers, which led to 15 points.

Nevada's bench also made a big contribution to the offense, scoring 34 points. Freshman
Peyton White followed Croley with 10 points and three rebounds, while
Myles Walker had seven points and three assists.Â

First Half:
San Francisco came out strong with a four-point lead to start the game. Nevada responded by tying the game 14-14 in the 10-minute mark with a
Kaleb Lowery three-point shot from a turnover.

The Pack continued to fight as they took the first lead of the game with a layup in the paint by
Vaughn Weems for a 28-27 score.

Tayshawn Comer knocked down a two-point jump shot from outside the paint to send the Pack to the locker room with a 38-37 lead in the half.

Second Half:
Nevada came out hot from the locker room, extending the lead to 46-40, going to the first media timeout.

The Pack got their largest lead of the game, with 20 points, at the 4-minute mark after a Croley steal and a layup made in the paint.

Nevada did not slow down and closed out the Acrisure Series with an 81-65 victory over San Francisco.
