FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Pack completes the three-game series sweep of the Colorado State Rams concluding today's doubleheader, with a 4-0 and 10-7 victory. This is the Pack's first conference series sweep 
 
Game 1, 4-0 (W)
The Pack put up the first run of the game starting with an Aaliyah Jenkins walk. A. Jenkins stole second and advanced to third on a wild pitch setting Charli Hawkins up for a sac fly bringing A. Jenkins home.
 
The Pack doubled its lead with an RBI single courtesy of Bridgette Gilliano scoring Chelie Senini. Senini reached base on a single, then stole second.
 
In the top of the sixth, Maile Olsen delivered with an RBI single scoring Gabby Herrera, who drew the lead off walk. The Pack extended the lead to 3-0.
 
Bailie Clark led off the fifth inning with a single, but the Rams retired the following three batters.
 
The Pack added its final run of the game with an RBI single delivered by Gabby Herrera, scoring Haley Painter.
 
Blake Craft got the start in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader pitching her 22nd complete game and ninth complete game shutout. Craft struck out the first batter she faced, put two on in the form of a walk and single but got out of the inning holding the Rams scoreless. Craft went all seven innings, striking out three, walking four, and allowing no runs on five hits.
 
Notables:
  • Blake Craft passes Judith van Kampen for ninth in Nevada career complete games (22).
  • Craft passes Karlyn Jones for fourth in Nevada career shutouts (9).
  • Haley Painter tied ninth all-time in career hit by pitches (19), and 10th most hit by pitches in a singles season (9).
  • Bridgette Gilliano extends her hit/on-base to 10 games.
  • Bailie Clark extends her hit/on-base streak to seven games
Game 2, 10-7 (W)
The Rams put up the first run of the second game with a solo home run.
Pack answer back with three runs in the top of the second to reclaim the lead, 3-1, beginning with an RBI double from Charli Hawkins scoring Taryn Jenkins. The second run came from a Maile Olsen single and Matlyn Leetch scoring on an error. Leetch came in to pinch run for Hawkins at second. Haley Painter delivers with a stand-up RBI double bringing home B. Clark who reached on a bunt.
 
Olsen sent her third home run of the season over the right center wall in the form of a two-run shot scoring A. Jenkins and extending the Pack's lead to five.
 
The Rams answered back with their own two-run shot in the bottom of the inning cutting the lead in half, 6-3.
 
Colorado State ties the game at six a piece in the bottom of the fifth. The Rams add one more run for the lead with an RBI single. A double play at home and first base ends the inning with the Rams up, 7-6.
 
Down to the Wolf Pack's last three outs, T. Jenkins was able to deliver an RBI single scoring Gabby Herrera to tie the game. Olsen launched her second home run of the game to give Nevada the lead back heading into the bottom of the seventh, 10-7. This was Olsen's frst multi home run game of her career.
 
Tyra Clary got the second game start. Clary gave up her first home run of the season in the bottom of the first. Clary went 4.1 innings, striking out two, walking one, allowing seven runs on six hits.
 
Carley Brown came in for relief in the fifth. Brown got the win, striking out two and giving up five hits but allowing no runs.
 
Notables:
  • Maile Olsen's first career multi home run game powered the Pack past Colorado State in game two.
  • Nevada earned its first conference series sweep since 2021.
  • Aaliyah Jenkins passed Erika Hansen for seventh most Nevada career RBI (119).
  • Olsen's five RBI in game two was a career-high.
  • Bridgette Gilliano extended her hit/on-base to 11 games.
  • Bailie Clark extended her hit/on-base streak to eight games.
Up Next:
The Pack return home to Christina M. Hixson Park, Tuesday March 26, for a doubleheader facing Saint Mary's. First pitch is set for 1 p.m. with the second game starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game, approximately 3:30 p.m.
