Game 1, 8-6 (W)
The first game of the Sunday doubleheader was spearheaded by back-to-back home runs from the Jenkins duo in the second inning.
Taryn Jenkins homered to center field which was followed by
Aaliyah Jenkins homering to right center, putting the Pack up 2-0.

In the third,
Taryn Jenkins launched her second home run of the game, ninth on the season, scoring
Bridgette Gilliano and
Gabby Herrera to put the Pack up 5-3.

T. Jenkins crushed her third home run of the game in the form of a three-run shot over the center field wall scoring Gilliano and Leetch, who pinch ran for
Haley Painter reaching base on a single to the pitcher. T. Jenkins had seven RBI versus San Diego. The last time a Nevada player recorded three home runs and 7+ RBI in a single game came in 2014 against BYU by Nevada player, Amanda Weis.

Taryn Irimata got her third start in the circle. Irimata retired the first three batters she faced in order. She gave up a two RBI single in the second, tying the game at two. Irimata gave up an RBI single, and the runner scored on the throw, with Nevada still up two on the Toreros. Â

Irimata went 4.0 innings, recording two strikeouts and no walks. She allowed three runs on five hits.

Tyra Clary came in for relief in the fifth, going 1.1 innings to finish the game. Clary loaded the bases in the fifth, giving up two runs in the form of an RBI single and an RBI walk. Clary finished with one strikeout, three walks, with three runs on four hits.

Carley Brown came in for the Pack in the sixth. Brown finished out the game retiring the final four batters going 1.2 innings.

Game 2, 6-4 (W, 9 inn.)
The Scarlet Knights and Wolf Pack were scoreless until
Maile Olsen got the bats started in the bottom of the second. Olsen delivered an RBI single to right center scoring A. Jenkins.
Bailie Clark followed up with a two RBI triple scoring Olsen and Leetch, who came into the game as a pinch runner for Engelbrecht.

The Scarlet Knights added two, both unearned, in the top of the third.

Rutgers had the opportunity to tie the game in the fifth with ball to shallow left and an advancement from third to home, but Clark's throw home got the Scarlet Knight out at the plate, holding onto a 3-2 Pack lead.

Rutgers tied the game in the top of the sixth with the batter reaching on an error and the runner on third making it home, tying the game at three runs.

After seven innings, the Scarlet Knights and Wolf Pack remained tied at three until the top of the ninth with a Rutgers RBI groundout, to take the lead 4-3.

 The bottom of the ninth, Herrera was placed on second. In the first at-bat of the inning, T. Jenkins singled to left field.
Aaliyah Jenkins came to bat and delivered with a three-run home run to walk off the game for the Pack. This was A. Jenkins second home run of the day.

Blake Craft got the start for the second game of the day. Craft went 5.1 innings, striking out three, issuing one walk, and giving up four hits and three runs. All three runs were unearned.

Carley Brown came in for relieve for Craft in the sixth. Brown finished out the game going 3.2 innings, holding the Scarlet Knights to one unearned run. Brown did not give up any walks.Â
