ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Halyn Senegal,
Sarah Marske, and
Annalies Kalma qualified for Saturday's final of their respective events and multiple athletes saw Nevada all-time list appearances on the second day of the 2024 Mountain West Indoor Championships as Nevada sits 11
th overall in the team standings.

In the 800 meters,
Halyn Senegal sped her way to sit first overall heading into Saturday's final with a time of 2:09.33.
Kylee Denver (2:21.50) finished 23
rd.
Â
Sarah Marske qualified for the final of the 60-meter hurdles, tying her personal and school record time (8.44) and placing sixth overall in the prelims.
Valeria Paez Rueda saw a new personal record of 9.05 finishing 17
th while
Kate Kadrmas placed 18
th (9.09).

Annalies Kalma secured her spot to represent the Pack in the 400 meters final, placing fourth in the prelims with a time of 54.69.
Melia Middleton saw a new personal record (56.17) finishing 17th, becoming eighth all-time in school history.
Madison Kalberer claimed 22
nd, also running a new personal record time of 57.18.

Rayven Nealey claimed a 10
th place finish in the long jump (5.86m), just missing the finals by one spot.
Maria Paz Milani saw a personal record mark in 5.61 meters, finishing 18
th. Rounding out the Pack was
Natasha Chetty (5.48m), who was just off her personal record mark in 25
th.

In her first Mountain West Championship appearance,
Magdalene George saw a 12
th place finish in the prelims of the 60 meters, missing the final by just four spots, but ultimately ran a new personal record of 7.59. With that mark, George is now sixth all-time in Nevada school history in the event. Bonét Henderson (7.75) was 19
th.

George led the Pack women in the 200 meters prelims, posting a 15
th place finish with a new personal record of 24.40, allowing her to secure fourth all-time in school history, her second all-time mark of the day. Not far behind was Henderson in 17
th, setting a new personal record (24.53) to move up to eighth all-time in school history in the event. Chetty, who finished 18
th (24.55), now sits ninth all-time in school history. Rounding out the top-20 was Kalma (24.56), followed by Lilly Gregg in 30
th (25.40). Â

Camrin Dolcini saw the highest mark of the day for the pole vaulter trio. With her height of 3.70 meters, Dolcini placed 14
th overall.
Shayla Pedersen and
Alyssa Carson both reached a height of 3.55 meters, placing tied for 16
th and 19
th respectively.

Rounding out the field events for the afternoon,
Stina Larsson and Paez Rueda represented the Pack in high jump, both reaching a height of 1.60 meters, placing tied for ninth and 13
th respectively. With this height, Larsson set a new personal record, besting her previous (1.56m) from the Riverfront Invitational earlier this month.

Hannah Lee (5:18.34) claimed 17
th and 18
th.
