RENO, Nev. - Nevada women's basketball returns home this weekend, hosting Cal State East Bay on Saturday afternoon at 1:30 PM.
It will be an exciting day with several events slated throughout the game. Fans can take part in the annual Teddy Bear Toss, with all stuffed animals being donated to those in need. Kids will also get the opportunity to take part in a post-game clinic with the players, plus receive autographs and candy canes.Â
Nevada is looking to bounce back after a tight battle with Pepperdine, falling in overtime, 60-58.

Lexie Givens both had big games, with the former recording a career high 13 rebounds to go along with nine points, and Givens reaching 1,000 career points.Â
East Bay is also coming off a loss after dropping a close game to Cal Poly Humboldt, 63-61. Sophomore Sierra Morris and junior Gwendilyn Aasland led the Pioneers with 16 points. Aasland also grabbed nine boards.
