Reno, Nev. - The Wolf Pack is scheduled to host the Washington Huskies in Lawlor Event Center for their second home game of the season. The Wolf Pack is coming off a very encouraging win against Sam Houston State at home, which gives them momentum into the season. The game will be the first time in Nevada history for the Wolf Pack to host an opponent from the Big 10 Conference.
The Washington Huskies look to get a win in Lawlor with former Utah State head coach Danny Sprinkle. The charge is led by big man Great Osobor, who played on last year's Utah State team that won the Mountain West Conference regular season title.
Although very new faces are leading the Huskies, the previous meeting between Nevada and Washington resulted in an 83-76 Win at Alaska Airlines Arena on November 12th, 2024, for the Wolf Pack. The overall record series between both teams is 6-6, with Nevada winning the last five matchups.
The game will be broadcast on NSN, with play-by-play being presented by Alex Margulies and analyst Len Stevens. The radio broadcast audio is simulcast on the network for both radio and TV audiences on NSN. Fans in Northern Nevada can listen to all Nevada men's basketball games on terrestrial radio at 95.5 FM KNEV.
