RENO, Nev. – For the sixth-straight semester since Spring 2021's hybrid in-person/remote learning, Nevada student athletes exceeded the 3.0 grade-point-average mark. For the Fall 2023 semester, the Wolf Pack student athletes posted a combined GPA of 3.157.
Twelve Wolf Pack programs posted team GPAs of at least 3.0 for the semester, topped by a 3.704Â from women's cross country. Ski (3.620), women's golf (3.620), women's swim and dive (3.578), and women's tennis (3.549)Â were also above the 3.5 mark.
Wolf Pack programs to have hit the 3.0 mark in all six semesters since Spring 2021Â are women's basketball (3.325 in Fall 2023), women's cross country, women's golf, women's soccer (3.150 in Fall 2023), softball (3.418 in Fall 2023), women's swimming and diving, women's tennis, women's track & field (3.436 in Fall 2023), men's cross country (3.232 in Fall 2023), and men's tennis (3.108 in Fall 2023).
