RENO, Nev. - Nevada Sports Net and the Wolf Pack athletic department announced Thursday that NSN will broadcast at least nine Nevada men's basketball games during the 2023-24 season, with more games expected to be announced at a later date.
The broadcasts will start next week with the regular-season opener for the Pack, as they are slated to host Sacramento State on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7 p.m.
We are excited to broadcast nine Nevada men's basketball games this season, which is our most robust offering to date," NSN's director of operations, Anthony Resnick, said. "The level of excitement for the program entering the year is immense, and we can't wait to bring that high level of basketball into the homes and onto the phones of Nevada Wolf Pack fans across Northern Nevada. We want to thank Nevada athletics for their continued partnership."
The men's broadcast schedule includes eight non-conference games, including contests with Sac State, Pacific, Portland, Montana, Loyola Marymount, UC Davis, Weber State and Fresno Pacific. It also includes Nevada's Mountain West home opener against Air Force.
On the call for the broadcasts will be NSN's Alex Margulies and Mike Stefansson as well as John Ramey, the voice of the Wolf Pack, as play-by-play announcers. Len Stevens and Keith Fuetsch will serve as color commentators. The broadcasts will include a mix of simulcasts and full NSN productions. Each game also will stream on NevadaSportsNet.com for free.
NSN broadcast more than 50 live Wolf Pack events during the 2022-23 season and previously announced a 10-game 2023-24 fall broadcast schedule that included football, women's soccer and volleyball games. More broadcasts for the Wolf Pack's winter and spring season will be announced at a later date.
In Northern Nevada, NSN is available over the air on channel 21; Charter channel 787 in HD or 7 in SD; DirecTV and Dish Network on channel 21; or on AT&T U-verse channel 1021 in HD or 21 in SD.
