RENO, Nev. - FS1 will broadcast Nevada women's basketball's Feb. 24 game at Lawlor Events Center against defending Mountain West champions, UNLV, at 6:30 p.m., the Mountain West announced Thursday. 

Round two of the 2024 Silver State Series presented by America First Credit Union will be the lone Mountain West women's basketball game on national television in February. Nevada is just one of three Mountain West schools to host a nationally televised game in the 2023-24 season. 

"We are ecstatic to host a nationally televised game on FS1 Feb. 24 against UNLV," head coach Amanda Levens said. "The Silver State Series presented by America First Credit Union has been a great rivalry for years and now the nation will get to witness that firsthand. Being on FS1 is huge for our program and will allow us to get great national exposure." 

With the game now being selected for broadcast by FS1, the Feb. 24 tipoff time has been moved from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. 

The Pack's complete schedule includes two 2023 NCAA Tournament teams and eight 2023 WNIT teams. Nevada will face three teams from Power 5 conferences and play its first game at Lawlor Events Center against a Pac 12 school since 2018 (Nov. 21 vs. Oregon).

Nevada returns nine letterwinners from the previous season, including three of its top four leading scorers from 2022-23 (Lexie Givens, Audrey Roden, Victoria Davis). The Pack will also welcome eight newcomers, including a pair of graduate transfers from Division I schools to go with six freshmen. 

Nevada women's basketball has won over 480 games since its membership in the NCAA and has accumulated five postseason appearances. The Pack has had at least one player named All-Mountain West since joining the conference prior to the 2012-13 season. Entering her seventh season at Nevada, Levens has coached 10 All-Mountain West honorees, five professional players and guided the Pack to a pair of postseason appearances.

The Pack will begin the 2023-24 campaign with an exhibition game Sunday, Oct. 29 at Lawlor Events Center against Cal State East Bay at 1 p.m.
