SUN VALLEY, Idaho – Nevada's Iver Naess earns his way back to the podium for the second time this weekend in the men's slalom at the Western Region Elite, earning silver with his overall time of 1:34.00, coming off his podium appearance (silver) just yesterday in the giant slalom.

Naess's first run clocks second-fastest in the field at 45.85, setting himself up to remain in the top-two by the conclusion of his second run. Not far behind was
Ulrik Danielsen, seeing his second top-10 finish in fourth place. Danielsen's first run was fourth fastest in the field, his overall combined time only a second behind Naess.

Sixtine Piccard tabbed eighth place in the women's giant slalom, her highest finish of the weekend. After her first run of 1:04.32, Piccard was seated seventh, securing her the eighth spot overall after her second run, ranking 10
th fastest in the field.
Georgie Sullivan was three seconds behind Piccard, earning 17
th place overall, with
Honor Clissold finishing 20
th and Viivi Hamalainen 41
st.

The Pack will compete in the final day of the Western Region Elite tomorrow morning, following the same schedule with the women's giant slalom followed by the men's slalom in the afternoon.
