RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada fifth-year track & field athlete
Nicola Ader competes in her final collegiate meet Friday and Sunday, as the heptathlon gets underway at the 2022 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Ore.
Ader qualified as one of the 24 competitors in the event by achieving the nation's seventh-highest score of the season, at 5,836 points.
Already Nevada's most-decorated track and field athlete, Ader will go for her seventh All-America honor at the meet, needing a top-16 finish.
The seven events of the heptathlon will be contested Friday and Saturday, beginning at 1 p.m. with the 100 Meter Hurdles. A full event schedule can be found below.
