RENO, Nev. – Nevada softball set to face the San Diego State Aztecs for a three-game series at San Diego, Calif. April 1-3.

WHAT'S ON THE AGENDA?
- The Pack weekend against the Aztecs starts with a game on Friday at 6 p.m., one on Saturday at 4 p.m., and the final game on Sunday at noon.

LAST TIME OUT
- Nevada lost 0-3 on the series against Boise State, on March 25-27 at Hixson Park.
- The Pack lost the first game 2-4, the second 1-9, and the final game 3-11.
SCOUTING THE AZTECS
- The Aztecs are led offensively by Mac Barbara, who is batting .408 with 40 hits, 21 runs, 42 RBI, three stolen bases, eight doubles, and 13 home runs in 32 games. Bella Espinoza also powers the squad with a .388 batting average with 38 hits, 26 runs, six RBI, and 10 stolen bases.
- In the circle, San Diego State is led by Maggie Balint with a 10-4 record. Balint records a 1.44 ERA and struck out 152. Dee De Hernandez has a 5-3 record, while Dani Martinez records 4-2 for the Aztecs.
SENINI AT THE TOP
- Chelie Senini continues to pace the Mountain West Conference for stolen bases.
- The sophomore has currently 29 stolen bases in 29 attempts.
- Senini continues to tie in second in the national rankings with the most stolen bases per game, 0.94.
- The Reno native also leads the Pack offense, with a .314 batting average in 33 hits, 25 runs, eight RBI, one home run, and two double-base hits.
RBI SELLERS
- Jessica Sellers has been a key player for the squad recording 19RBIs so far this season.
- Sellers has also recorded 27 hits, six double-base hits, one three-base hit, and two home runs of her own.
- The Reno native has appeared on the bases 94 times and has a batting average of .287.
LAUREN GOATIERREZ
- Lauren Gutierrez has started in 19 games so far this season and continues to power the offense as well.
- Gutierrez has a .319 batting average with 15 hits, seven runs, four double-base hits, 14 RBI, and three stolen bases.
HOME RUN CLUB
- Freshman Aaliyah Jenkins continues to lead the Pack in home runs.
- During the Boise State series, Jenkins scored a solo home run in the first game of the series on March 25.
- Jenkins has so far five home runs recorded this season. The freshman has scored against North Texas on Feb. 19, Weber State on Feb. 24, Utah Valley on Feb. 26, and Pacific on March 13.
- The freshman is followed by senior Jessica Sellers with two home runs.
- Chelie Senini, Alycia Coats, Bella Kordonowy, Charli McLendon, and Gennah Sanchez have all tallied one home run this season.
- Nevada has now 12 home runs this season.
