Nevada volleyball goes on the road one last time for matches against Boise State on Thursday and Utah State on Saturday. The match against the Broncos is scheduled for 6 p.m. PT, while the contest against the Aggies is at noon PT.
On Monday, Kayla Afoa claimed Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week honors as announced by the conference. This is Afoa's fifth Mountain West Player of the Week honor, the third as a defensive player.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Nevada women's basketball starts a four-game homestand with its home opener on Sunday at 1 p.m. against Pacific. The Pack seek their first win of the season after falling short in the season opener at Saint Mary's on Monday.
Sunday's game will feature a coat drive, where fans are encouraged to bring any coats they are not wearing to help those in need. Players and coaches will conduct an on-court clinic following the game.

CROSS COUNTRY
The men's and women's cross country teams look towards the NCAA D1 Mountain Cross Country Regional Championships this Friday, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at the UNM North Golf Course. This course is considered one of the top cross country environments in the nation, located 5,085 feet above sea level, and the site of two Mountain West Conference Cross Country Championships and four NCAA Mountain Region Championships.
The women's 6K championship race will start at 10 a.m. PST, followed by the men's 10K championship race at 11 a.m. PST. The championship will be available to stream live on the Mountain West Network, starting from 9:50 a.m. PST.
The Pack will be traveling the top seven from each squad to the meet. Below is the list of the members representing the pack for men and women.

Last season, the men's squad finished in 12th out of 17 teams, improving their finish from 18th place in 2019. The women also improved their finish, earning 13th out of 19 teams, while in 2019, the squad finished in 19th place.

WOMEN'S TENNIS
Nevada women's tennis look to wrap up their fall competition slate at the San Diego State Fall Classic #2, November 11-13, at the Aztec Tennis Center. This will be the Pack's last match before the season officially begins January 20 at Point Loma.
The women will be coming off a month break after last competing at the ITA Mountain Regionals in Las Vegas. Sophomore Mariana Campino highlighted the weekend reaching the round of 32 in singles and doubles play with partner Audrey Moutama.
