SENIOR (2023) - Competed in five meets during the season ... Finished 23rd in the 8K at the USF Invitational running in a time of 24:57.4, dropping 18 seconds and holding he fastest time ran on the course by a Nevada member... Placed first overall in the 10K at the Mountain Regional Preview (32:39.7) ... Placed sixth overall in the 8K with a new personal record time of 23:54.3 at the UCR Highlander Invitational ... Secured the highest finish on the men's side at the Mountain West Championships in 22nd place with a time of 24:09.2 ... Finished 44th (30:19) at the NCAA Mountain Regional Championships, placing the second-highest a male Wolf Pack runner has finished since the reinstatement of the program in 2019. 

JUNIOR (Fall 2022) - Competed in five meets during the season... Won his first collegiate career race at the Nevada Twilight Classic in the 7k in a time of 23:29... Saw the highest finish for the Pack in 20th place in the 8K with a 24:41, now the fastest time on the Griak Invitational course and now the fifth fastest all-time in the 8K for Nevada men... Saw the second highest finish for the Pack at the Bronco Invitational in 13th place in a time of 23:55, a personal best from last season on the course by 43 seconds... Had the highest finish for the Pack at the Mountain West Championships in 35th place in a time of 24:50... Finished in 68th in a new personal best time by 111 seconds in 30:01.5 in the 10K at the NCAA Mountain Regional. 

SOPHOMORE (Fall 2021) – Competed in four meets during the season ... Best time in the 8k was at the Bronco Invitational, where he finished in 30th with a time of 24:27 ... This is the fourth fastest time in school history ... Finished in 19th at the USF Invitational with his time of 25:15 ... Finished in 38th at the MW Championships with his time of 24:38 ... Lastly, finished in 64th at the NCAA Regionals in the 10k with his time of 31:52.

FRESHMAN (Spring 2021) – Competed in both meets ... Best time in the 8k was in the Battle Born Challenge where she finished in 53rd with his time of 24:31.8 ... Also finished in 34th at the Mountain West Championships with a time of 24:58.1 in the 8k.  

HIGH SCHOOL – Went to Najile Boys HS in Ngong’ Hills, Kenya ... Some of his personal bests include a time of 4:12 in the 1600m and a time of 8:42 in the 3000m at 7000ft altitude. 

PERSONAL – Son of Tiapapusha and Nasau Sayo ... Has seven brothers and only one sister ... Chose Nevada because it appealed to him ...  Majors in mechanical engineering ... Was being recruited by UTEP and Embry Riddle... Sports hero is Elijah Manangoi ... Hobbies include cooking, watching Netflix, and watching soccer (his favorite team being Manchester United).
