How it happened

Nevada jumped early on the board as they made a five-point unresponsive run. Boise State responded and tied the game 6-6 to cut the deficit of the set. The game went back-and-forth until the 17-14 mark for the Broncos, as they extended their lead and closed the set 25-23.

Both teams kept the momentum going with a tied score up until the 15-15 mark. The Broncos opened the lead and closed the set with another 25-23 score.

The Pack stopped the sweep, as they won the third set 25-21. Boise State started ahead on the scoreboard, but Nevada reversed the score at the 17-18 mark. The Pack scored a five-point run that forced the Broncos to call a timeout. The stop had no impact on the Nevada team as they closed the set 25-21.

Both teams continued the battle through the set until the 9-9 mark, where the Broncos took over the scoreboard, closing the set 25-13, and the match 3-1.
