RENO, Nev. - Nevada forward K.J. Hymes was named the Wolf Pack Student-Athlete of the Week for his performance from Jan. 25-31.

Hymes had a career night in Sunday's 89-60 rout of UNLV in the series opener at Lawlor Events Center, posting a personal-best 16 points on 5-of-7 shooting, and connecting on each of his two 3-point attempts. The big man's two triples contributed to the Pack's season-high 14 on the night, and he grabbed five boards to go with a pair of steals.

Nevada (11-7, 6-5 MW) goes for the sweep of UNLV, and three points in the Silver State Series presented by IBEW Local 401 and Nevada Donor Network, Tuesday at 6 p.m. on CBS Sports Network. The Pack will then remain home, hosting Boise State in a two-game series Friday, Feb. 5, and Sunday, Feb. 7.
