RENO, Nev. - The Nevada women's basketball team cruised to a 73-49 exhibition win over Fresno Pacific on Sunday at Lawlor Events Center. Da'Ja Hamilton led the Pack with 23 points, five rebounds, four steals and one assist while going 5-for-7 from beyond the arc.

Nevada forced 23 turnovers, including 13 steals. Hamilton (4), Nia Alexander (3), Amaya West (2) and Kenna Holt (2) each registered multiple steals on the day. Freshman Audrey Roden, a West Linn, Ore., native, poured in 11 points, three rebounds and one assist in her Wolf Pack debut. Alexander and West also chipped in offensively, combining for 20 points. Nevada also shot 92 percent (23-for-25) from the line.

West scored Nevada's first points of the day on a jumper at the line. West followed again with a steal and then got fouled on the drive to the basket before sinking both free throws. The game was tight early on with Nevada holding an 18-14 edge at the end of the first quarter.

Nevada opened up the game with an explosive third quarter, out-scoring the Sunbirds 21-5 and taking a commanding 55-38 lead heading into the fourth quarter. The Pack began pulling away from Fresno Pacific after Hamilton nailed a pair of free throws to give the Pack a 49-38 lead with 2:31 left in the third. Hamilton closed the quarter with back-to-back threes to give Nevada a 55-38 lead.

The Pack opened the fourth with back-to-back layups from West and Megan Ormiston to push the score to 59-42. Roden's three at 7:24 propelled the Pack lead to 20. Nevada controlled the rest of the fourth and cruised to victory during its first debut in front of fans since Feb. 24, 2020.

Senior Kylie Jimenez and freshmen Audrey Roden, Kaylee Borden and Natalie Lathrop registered their first minutes in a Wolf Pack uniform.
