SENIOR (2021-22) -- Graduate transfer from Portland State used her final season of eligibility ... Only player on the team to start all 33 games ... Led the team in assists (115), steals (65), and averaged 7.5 points per game while shooting 80.9 percent from the line ... Led the Mountain West and ranked second in the country in assist-to-turnover ratio (3.19), and ranked in the MW top 10 in steals (third) and assists (eighth) ... Hit four 3-pointers, scored 18 points against Drake (Nov. 26) ... Followed that with 12 points, five rebounds against Idaho (Nov. 27) ... Scored six points with six rebounds and five assists at Pacific (Dec. 4) ... Made five steals with 12 points against Bushnell (Dec. 11) ... Passed out 10 assists at San José State (Dec. 31) ... Recorded 13 points, six assists, and five rebounds with three triples against UNLV (Jan. 22) ... Just missed a double-double at Colorado State, finishing with 13 points and nine rebounds (Jan. 27) ... Passed out a career-high 13 assists to go with nine points against San José State (Feb. 2) ... PRIOR TO NEVADA -- Transfer from Portland State where she played a huge role for the Vikings the past four seasons as she tied the school record with 122 starts, which is every game she played in … Earned many accolades including Big Sky Freshman of the Year, two All-Big Sky Third Team selections, an All-Big Sky honorable mention, Big Sky Player of the Week honors and she was named to the All-Big Sky Tournament team in 2018-19 … Helped the Vikings to a 25-win season during her sophomore campaign, a Big Sky Tournament Championship and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament … In February 2020 during her junior season she eclipsed 1,000 career points, becoming the 19th player to do so in Portland State program history … Finished her four years with the Vikings with 1,279 points and posted 62 games in double figures, including eight 20-point performances … Also just the third member of the 1,000-point, 500-assist and 250-steal club at Portland State … Totaled 538 assists with the Vikings, including a single-season career-high 156 during her sophomore season … Set the school record for assists in a game with 11 against Eastern Washington on March 9, 2020.
HIGH SCHOOL -- Earned 5A All-State first team honors as a senior ... Earned 5A All-State honorable mention honors as a junior ... Averaged 19.1 points per game as a senior, 14th best in the state ... PERSONAL -- Daughter of Steve and Karla Jimenez … Has two siblings, younger brother Coby and Nevada teammate Alyssa … Comes from a basketball family as her parents both played basketball at Fort Hays State … Earned a bachelor’s degree from Portland State and will be pursuing a master’s degree at Nevada … Chose Nevada because of the coaching staff, the style of play, and because she believes being at Nevada will help her grow as a player in every aspect of the game … Also loves the opportunity to play college basketball with her sister, Alyssa … Lists Kobe Bryant as her sports hero … The most memorable moment of her pre-Nevada career was beating Eastern Washington in the Big Sky Championship to advance to the NCAA Tournament … Enjoys shopping and hanging out with family and friends in her free time.
