RENO, Nev. – Howler, the official craft beer of Nevada Athletics, was announced Monday, with Four Peaks Brewing. Four Peaks partnered with Wolf Pack Sports Properties and Nevada Athletics to produce the signature beer for all of Wolf Pack Nation throughout Nevada and beyond to enjoy.
Howler is a golden lager which checks in at 5.2 percent ABV, and is the latest initiative to grow the Wolf Pack brand and enhance the best fan experience in Nevada. Howler will be on tap at Mackay Stadium beginning with next Friday's Nevada Day (Oct. 29) matchup between the Wolf Pack and UNLV, and will be available in restaurants and bars beginning the week of Nov. 1.
The community is invited to The Lil Waldorf Tuesday, October 26, for a sampling of Howler from 5-7 p.m.
"We are thrilled to partner with Nevada Athletics and bring the Howler to Mackay Stadium. This Golden Lager is light, crisp, and perfect for game day. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do," said Four Peaks General Manager Christopher Meyer.
