RENO, Nev. – In five days, the Nevada softball team will host its third annual "Poker and Paint" night. The event is this Saturday, February 1 at New West Distributing in Sparks. Walk-ups are welcome but early registration is recommended. You can sign up online by clicking here.

The event will start at 6 p.m. with dinner followed by the poker tables opening at 7 p.m. The evening will feature multiple activities, including a Texas Hold 'em poker tournament and a "painting" activity plus dinner and drinks.This year the activity is etching wine glasses with different Nevada based designs. 

The poker tournament buy-in, which includes dinner and drinks, is $100 per person with a $25 reservation online; the other $75 will be due at the door. Re-buys will be available for $20. The etching activity, which also includes dinner and drinks, is $75. A dinner-only option is available for just $25.

Along with poker and paint, there will be various items auctioned off with the money raised benefiting the Nevada softball program via silent auction and door prizes for those in attendance.
