RENO, Nev.  – The Nevada track and field team has signed Rayven Nealy to a national letter of intent. Nealy is the third class of 2019 signee for the Wolf Pack.

"We're really excited to add Rayven to our jumps squad," said assistant coach Scott Williamson, who oversees the jumps. "She has won some state titles in Idaho and has some performances that will make her very competitive in the Mountain West. She has some high goals and ambitions, and we are excited to start working with her."

Nealy comes from Madison High School in Rigby, Idaho, where she competed in the triple jump and long jump. As a junior, Nealy was the Idaho State 5A champion in the triple jump, and runner up in the long jump. Nealy's triple jump personal record of 39' 9" (12.12 meters) would currently rank seventh on the Nevada all-time list.

Nealy was recruited by Northern Colorado, Weber State and Idaho State, but chose Nevada because she felt comfortable with the campus atmosphere.
