RENO, Nev. – The 23-1 University of Nevada men's basketball team is ranked sixth in the USA Today Coaches poll and seventh in the Associated Press poll.
The Wolf Pack has been ranked in the top 10 all 15 weeks of the 2018-19 season. Overall the Pack has been ranked the last 20 weeks in both polls dating back to last season.
The Pack's highest ranking of the season was fifth on Nov. 26 in the AP poll and fifth on Dec. 31 in the USA Today Coaches poll. Both are the highest rankings in school history.
Nevada (23-1, 10-1 MW) is at Wyoming (6-17, 2-8 MW) on Saturday at 7 p.m. PT. The game will air on ESPNU. The Pack leads the Mountain West with a 10-1 record and has won its last nine games by an average of 20.8 points per game. The 23-1 start is the best in school history and tied for the best in MW history after 24 games.
