Game Preview: Utah

RENO, Nev. – The Nevada women's basketball team will embark on a three-game road swing, beginning first with a contest at Pac-12 foe Utah this Saturday, Dec. 14 at 10:30 a.m. PT at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City.

The Wolf Pack is in search of its second road win of the season and is looking to rattle off a few more wins before non-conference play concludes on Dec. 28. Including Saturday, Nevada has four non-conference contests remaining until the conference season resumes on Jan. 1 at Colorado State. Utah enters Saturday's game also with a 5-3 record, but is riding a five-game win streak after starting the season 0-3.

Nevada got back on the winning track its last time out, taking down Stanislaus State 80-62 to snap a two-game losing streak. The Pack hosted the eighth annual 'When I Grow Up' game on Tuesday, welcoming in nearly 4,000 students from the Washoe County School District. In the game sophomore Imani Lacy led the Wolf Pack with 16 points and a career-high 10 rebounds to post the first double-double of her career. Nevada did a good job in taking care of the basketball, turning it over a season-low 11 times.
