RENO, Nev. – Nevada sophomore Andressa Cholodovskis participated in the 2018 Maria Lenk Trophy this past week, which serves as Brazil's long course national championship event. The Brazil native, competed in a total of three individual events as well as a relay.
 
In the 200-meter IM, Cholodovskis participated in the B final, where she placed third with a time of 2:20.77. Last year, Cholodovskis swam in that same event as well and finished in eighth. Swimming in one of her strongest events, she finished seventh in the B final of the 100-meter freestyle, clocking in at 57.11.
 
Another strong event that she possess is the 200-meter freestyle, which saw Cholodovskis record her highest finish. Her time of 2:03.17 in the B final was good enough to place second in the event. In the lone relay she competed in, Cholodovskis helped lead her squad to a third place finish in the 4x200-meter freestyle relay.
